Flying Paws

You may not know it but June 15th was a big day. That was the day Jeff Bennett flew his 1,000th rescue animal to a brighter, safer future. Jeff donates his time, airplane, and love of animals to the organization Pilots N Paws. They fly all types of animals in need to safe locations. I like his story of how to transport snakes on a hot day.

How about some more happy animal rescue stories for a lazy Sunday afternoon?

It might seem that falling off a truck in the middle of nowhere would be a bad thing, but in the case of one tiny piglet, it was a life saver!

I don’t know if the story of the crying bull is true but it touches me no matter how many times I read it. My eyes are tearing up right now just thinking about it.
